The above ship which is owned by the Wollowra Steamship Co., Ltd., has been requisitioned by the Admiralty.

For the purpose of arranging their insurance the omers desire to know if the vessel is being fully covered by the Government against all war risks while she is under requisiti on,

The steamer has cost $298,000 to date or say 260,000, and we are instructed to apply for a definite

statement in writing that war risk to that amount is or will

be covered by the Government and we are instructed to apply

for a signed charter party in which the amount of the rate

of hire is stated,

We shall be glad if you will be good enough to

supply us with specific answers to the above questions to

enable our clients to determine what their position and

rights are thereon.
